Global Continuous Improvement Manager, Grenzebach Maschinenbau

Caleb Alexander graduated from Kennesaw State University (Southern Polytechnic State University at the time) in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology.  Mr. Alexander began his career in Production Control with Toto USA in Morrow, GA and began working in auditing to the ISO9001 standard in 2005.  In 2006, he started supporting Toto’s efforts to get certified to the ISO14001 standard.  In 2011 he had the opportunity to come to work for the Grenzebach Corporation in Newnan, GA as their manager of Quality, Safety and Environmental concerns.  Shortly thereafter, Grenzebach Corporation was among the first 20 companies in GA to attain OSHA’s prestigious SHARP certification in May, 2013. Mr. Alexander now fulfills a global position responsible for Continual Improvement group-wide while being located at Grenzebach’s world headquarters in Bavaria, Germany.  Mr. Alexander’s more than 15 years of experience in environmental and safety programs allowed him to discover the challenges, and find solutions to the challenges of implementing HSE management systems in a variety of corporate settings.
