Geschäftsführer von intercultures, Spezialist für virtuelles Führen

With a background in systemic consulting, Stefan Meister’s focus areas are virtual collaboration and leadership, intercultural competence development in all its facets, international team- and organizational development, creating a healthy feedback culture, using meetings as platforms for personal and organizational growth, and other topics involving international interfaces, complexity and the chance to unleash the power of diversity.

Long before the pandemic, he developed fresh formats for online facilitation and today is a seasoned facilitator, coach and trainer in wide range of virtual contexts, from 1:1 online coaching to the cofacilitation of online team kick-offs or large virtual community events. Additionally, together with partners, he researched for over five years the success criteria for virtual collaboration and for international feedback practices.

In the course of his career, Stefan Meister has worked with more than 80 international companies in more than 40 different countries, amongst them Lufthansa, Siemens, Daimler, Thyssen-Krupp, Bosch, Volkswagen, Bayer, Schott, Bombardier, Takeda, Yazaki, Magna, Roche, Vattenfall, Zalando, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank and SAP. He regularly works internationally in Asia, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East or anywhere in virtual space.

In 2001, Stefan Meister founded intercultures, a leading consultancy with 360 consultants globally specialized in helping people work better in global complexity. This undertaking has not curtailed his own training and coaching activities, which still represent a prime professional passion.
