Stefan Ganzke

Stefan Ganzke studied safety engineering at the University of Wuppertal. He recently worked for ten years in a medium-sized company in the chemical industry, including many years as Head of Health, Safety & Environment. In this role, he and his team aligned occupational safety in the company for the future.  

As a managing director and an expert, he trains safety engineers, occupational safety specialists and managers. His focus is on communication in occupational safety and safety culture.  

He teaches how everyone in the company can be motivated to practice occupational safety through communication and why "occupational safety with heart and mind" is the key to success.
