Matthias Sobinger is a project manager at SAT GmbH und Co. KG in Düsseldorf. He graduated in mechanical engineering from the University of Bochum and began his professional career as a project manager in the waste management industry cleaning industrial storage tanks in the petrochemical industry. At SAT, he is responsible for project management for the development and monitoring of legal and regulatory registers and introduces compliance management systems on the basis of his many years of management system experience. As an external occupational safety specialist, he supports numerous companies in complying with occupational health and safety requirements. His work is rounded off by lecturing at the TÜV Rheinland Academy on the training of energy managers and internal energy auditors and working as a lead certification auditor for occupational health and safety management systems in accordance with Safety Certificate Contractors (SCC) for an internationally active certification company.
