Stefan Pawils

Stefan Pawils (born 1965) studied business informatics at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne after completing his vocational training as an electrician. He has been working as an engineering service provider and consultant since 2002. His clients are mainly corporate groups and medium-sized companies in the energy, plant construction, health, infrastructure, mechanical engineering, chemical/pharmaceutical, trade, and insurance sectors. His core topics includere reorganization, process optimization, and organizational optimization of companies as well as interim management. From 2006 to 2009, he was a lecturer at the Lean Management Institute of RWTH Aachen University and taught on the topic of lean management and lean administration.
